Jonathan Tobkes MD is board certified in general psychiatry and in child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He received his MD from New York University School of Medicine, graduating as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his general psychiatry residency at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the NYU School of Medicine. He is a Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College. He received his BA cum laude, with distinction in psychology, from Yale College.

Dr. Tobkes currently maintains a private practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He teaches and supervises psychiatry residents at the New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Tobkes is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
